SBS Strategic Plan 2009-2012

Social and Behavioral Sciences (SBS) is committed to achieving the goals of Ohio State's Academic Plan. SBS contains an outstanding faculty, departments in the top ten and top twenty with others approaching that standing, a wide interdisciplinary reach, award-winning undergraduate teaching and outstanding graduate programs. Its community of faculty and students is global and diverse, and it continues to foster this diversity. In a rapidly-changing world, creative minds and effective strategies are needed to confront new challenges. Through its educational programs and research, its outreach and engagement and international perspective, SBS plays a vital role in preparing students to be influential members and leaders in society both locally and throughout the global community.
