InternshipsInternships are a vital component of the relevant and hands-on education all SBS students receive. Every department has opportunities for students to explore and you can earn class credits while gaining practical job experience. And that experience is what leads to greater opportunity. We encourage all SBS students to pursue internships with various organizations to see what sparks their passion. Hands-on researchWithin all SBS departments, hands-on research begins at the undergraduate level and gives students quality experiences in their field of interest. Here's what you can expect from our undergraduate research opportunities:
Twice a year, SBS Undergraduate Research Grants are awarded to undergraduate students to create and develop their own research projects. Collectively, we provide more than $30,000 a year in research grants to qualifying students across all SBS departments and Honors programs. The Denman Undergraduate Research Forum is an annual event for undergraduates to showcase their research work to faculty and industry-wide judges for cash prizes. To learn more, click here.
